Here at Belfast Hen & Stag Party we strive to give you the best advice
about booking a hen party, ensuring your hen party goes smoothly
and efficiently whilst providing as much fun as we can during your
time with us. We try to be as flexible as we can because we understand
how stressful organising a hen party can be. We want all our hen
parties to enjoy everything our beautiful city has to offer, taking back
great memories from your bride to be’s fantastic last weekend of fun &
frolics. We do however just like every other company have some Terms
and Conditions to adhere to, which are;
All quotation requests and booking must be made by email only.
All hen parties must be on time for their chosen activity. If not on time
this will come off the duration of time you have booked for.
Be on time for scheduled activities.
Pre – Orders for dinner reservations must be returned 1 week prior to
All deposits are strictly non-refundable
Prior to covid our deposit was 25% of total cost ,we now offer a 10% deposit .e.g £12 on our £123 deal.This is to cover staff costs and administration fees
All outstanding balances are to be paid 2 weeks before you arrive.
All providers of activities reserve the right to refuse entry or the
participation of a person if they are deemed overly intoxicated.

Some venues may not allow Hen party ” adult props ” please check in advance

When participating in activities were applicable, wear the safety
equipment which is provided.
Belfast Hen Party cannot be held liable for any loss or injury while
participating in activities
Some accommodation providers will take a security deposit in the
event of loss or damage
Check in time for all accommodation is at 3.00pm. Requests can be
made for an earlier check in time but this cannot be guaranteed
